When placing pets, an additional payment is charged in the amount and in the manner established by the "Accommodation Policy with Pets" and the current Price List of the hotel - prices in the booking. To make the rest in our apart-hotel equally comfortable for everyone, we have introduced a few simple rules for those who take woolen friends as companions.

RULES OF LIVING WITH A PET:

1. You can only check into the hotel with a dog or a cat, other animals are not allowed.

2. The maximum allowable size of the animal is 40 cm at the withers. Guide dogs - no restrictions.

3. It is necessary to walk a pet in specially designated places, do not forget to use such important devices for every dog ​​breeder as a scoop and a bag, do not make noise at night and early in the morning.

4. The cost of living with a pet is slightly higher than the standard room rate, since after the pet leaves the apartment, we carry out a special hypoallergenic cleaning in the apartment, as well as ozonation of the room. We do this so that all guests feel comfortable, and inconspicuous hairs do not lead to allergies. 

In the case of daily rent of an apartment where accommodation with a pet is supposed, the cost of a night's stay is automatically increased by 1,500 rubles in ARTSTUDIO NEVSKY and by 900 rubles in ARTSTUDIO MOSKOVSKY.

In the case of a long-term rental of an apartment (more than 30 days), accommodation with a pet is 10,000 rubles/month.
In case of 2 pets staying in one apartment - 20,000 rubles/month.
